Availability
Because our products are handcrafted it is difficult
to guarantee that all items are always available at the time of
order. Many items belong to a limited series. When each series
sells out, it will be discontinued or replaced with another.
If certain items
are not immediately available we let the Client know when they
are likely to become available or if they have been discontinued.
In this case, the order will be cancelled immediately if the Client
prefers.
Delevery
We
will do our utmost to ensure that delivery times are respected.
However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss caused by
a delay in delivery. Other than when specified in writing by La
Raboterie, the order will be shipped to the address provided at
the time of purchase.
Right
of Return
According
to the Italian legislative decree DL No. 185 dated 22 May 1999,
the purchaser has the right of return.
The right of return must be exercised within 10 working days from
the date of receipt, with a signed written statement explaining
that the Client wishes to avail themselves of their right of return.
This statement must be sent via fax or registered mail, along
with the name of the product being returned, the Client's address
and a copy of the transaction receipt.
Once the return has been approved, the product may be returned
via courrier or post, with all costs payable by the Client. The
item must be packaged with all due care. Damaged items will not
be reimbursed and will be returned to the Client at their expense.
La Raboterie undertakes to refund the Client for the amount paid
as shown on the transaction receipt, excluding shipping costs,
within 30 days of the date of reception of the items.
Products
In
line with its philosophy of constant quality improvement and refinement,
La Raboterie reserves the right to make any changes to its product
line that it considers necessary. We also reserve the right to
use wood essences and colours that differ from the images shown
in this website, according to production requirements.
