Scuptures Range

Created by Maria Primolan in conjunction with Gregorio Balestra. Maria Primolan was born in 1971 in Turin (Italy). She attended an arts-oriented high school and obtained her degree in architecture from the University of Turin. In addition to her interior design work, Maria is passionate about sculpting as it provides an opportunity to use her hands to create new forms that give life to her thoughts and emotions.

Out of a dream...

The shape of this sculpture in cedar was seen in a dream. The sculpture is upright and elongated with an expressive face and enormous tongue that runs the length of the sculpture. The tongue is a key factor in communication and by being so huge it accentuates the communicative process and all aspects of dialogue.

Scultura realizzata su commissione che rappresenta una poiana nel momento in cui cattura una serpe, quest'ultima, secondo il commitente simboleggia la cattiveria che viene estirpata.
